Orders and Shipping
During checkout, shipping time will be shown based on your chosen shipping method.
You can either buy as a Guest or create an Account by clicking on the “My Account” button on the top right side of this website.
You can change your shipping address during checkout, or from the user area. If you’ve already paid an order with the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible, and if the order hasn’t shipped yet we will change the address for shipping.
Please contact us as soon as possible, we won’t be able to change the shipping address if the item has already been shipped.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item(s) you ordered have been shipped.
We charge VAT only in Switzerland, VAT is not charged for any purchase outside of Switzerland.
We currently ship to Europe and North America only. If your country is not in either of these continents please contact us, and we might be able to make you a custom offer for shipping.
Generally, we will try to fit as many items as possible in one package, while still making sure it’s packaged safely and correctly.

Yes, if you find the option on the product it means pre-orders are available. Don’t hesitate however to contact us and ask us if you’re interested in an out of stock product.
