What payment methods do you accept?

You can see all of our accepted payment methods once you head to checkout. We try to accept as many payment methods as possible.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges in general, and evaluate any such request on a case-by-case basis. In general, if you return the item in the same conditions as it was shipped in at your cost, we accept returns within 14 days of your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been made, if it has been shipped you can't cancel it anymore. For cancellations, we reserve the right to partially refund you to recover the payment processor fees, as those are not refunded to us in any case by the payment processor.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We do not offer any warranty on our products.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we mainly ship to Switzerland and the EU. For other destinations, please contact us as not all products can be shipped outside of the EU due to agreements with our suppliers.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order from the link you received via email after you placed your order, or from your client area.
